BatchMates is an early-stage startup building a connected ecosystem for university life—bringing students, alumni, mentors, recruiters, communities, opportunities, and campus experiences together on one platform.
We believe the best learning happens when you work on real problems with real responsibility.
At BatchMates, you won't join just to observe from the sidelines or complete meaningless tasks for the sake of an internship certificate. You'll contribute to a real, evolving startup and gain firsthand exposure to how ideas are researched, products are shaped, brands are built, users are acquired, partnerships are developed, and an early-stage company grows.
We're building a healthy, collaborative, and learning-focused environment where people can ask questions, share ideas, experiment, make mistakes, learn, and improve.
At the same time, we value ownership, accountability, curiosity, initiative, and honest communication.
Come to learn. Stay curious. Take ownership. Build something real.
Five internship tracks with clear ownership. Pick the role that matches your strengths, curiosity, and ambition.

Responsible use of AI
You use AI to improve your work, not to avoid thinking.
BatchMates is an early-stage startup, and startup priorities naturally evolve as we learn from users, technology, the market, and real-world execution.
The responsibilities listed for each internship represent your primary area of ownership, but they are not an exhaustive list of every task you may work on.
You may occasionally contribute to other projects, experiments, or responsibilities that are reasonably aligned with your skills, interests, and the evolving needs of the startup.
This does not mean being randomly assigned unrelated work. It means having clear ownership while remaining flexible enough to learn, collaborate, and contribute where your skills can create meaningful value.
Your role defines your primary ownership—not the absolute boundary of your contribution.
AI is changing how modern teams research, create, design, analyse, and solve problems. At BatchMates, you'll be encouraged to explore and responsibly use AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to your work.
AI should improve your thinking and productivity—not replace your thinking. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, relevance, originality, and quality of the work you produce.
This is not designed to be a passive internship. You are joining as an intern, but you are expected to take ownership of your work like a professional.
Real responsibility. Real learning. Real exposure. Real-world startup experience.
If you're curious, willing to learn, ready to take ownership, and excited about experiencing how an early-stage startup is actually built, we'd love to hear from you.
